Having outgrown the Circo Tulala's youth group, the Klown Kids (and many of her uniform blouses), Delcine now wanders about Camp Fornax three weeks before the Kids' Kamp Karnival, alledgedly due to a scheduling mistake. Of course, the fact that she showed up the exact week of the Silver Seal's Bacchanalian Semana Deligacao (Week of Bonding) certainly had some benefits for the lovely young (and ambitious) Tulalanine.

This story, admittedly poorly translated from the original Carnipelagian, and perhaps embellished slightly, accounts the Silver Seal's first contact with the young woman who would one day become one of their most popular artists.
